Shipping Policy

The shipping policy of Hrieva Jewels applies solely to ready-to-ship items. For handmade pieces, the product description clearly states the production timeline in bold black/red font above the add-to-cart option. Therefore, the shipping policy is applicable only after the item has been made. Handmade items are crafted upon order, and the mentioned timeline only includes working days, excluding national holidays and weekends.

Hrieva Jewels ships across approximately 12,000 pincodes in India and over 80 countries worldwide. Currently, the domestic shipping timeline involves 10 to 12 working days for processing, quality check, and packing, followed by a maximum of 5 to 7 working days fordelivery. Once dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message and an email (similar to the one you received upon placing your order). Please ensure these messages are not marked as spam in your email. Additionally, you will receive an SMS notification when the parcel is out for delivery, using the contact details provided during checkout. For international shipping, theprocess time is 10 to 12 working days, followed by a maximum of 10 to 12 working days for delivery. You will receive an email and WhatsApp message with a tracking number. It is important to regularly check your emails for all forms of communication.

Please note that our contract with the courier company allows for delivery attempts to be made 2 to 3 times in case of any delivery issues, both domestically and internationally. This ensures that customers have multiple opportunities to receive their parcels. However, if the specified delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be retained at the courier company for pickup by the customer. Please be aware that the ability to retain the parcel at the courier office after multiple delivery failures depends on the location and courier service, and cannot be guaranteed. If the parcel is returned to us, we can arrange for reshipping, but the return and reshipping costs must be borne by the customer. In such cases, a refund cannot be provided. We kindly request that you provide an address where someone will be available to collect the parcel during normal courier service working hours to avoid delivery failures. If necessary, you may reach out to us for the address of the courier office to collect the parcel if it has been retained there.

For international couriers, shipping costs for nearly 80+ countries are updated on our website. However, certain remote locations or international surcharges may incur additional charges due to remote location fees or other supplementary costs. These charges will be communicated to the customer before shipping the parcels. Shipping costs are weight-dependent, and you can view the shipping charges by adding items to your cart, selecting your country, and proceeding to checkout. Please avoid changing your address without notifying us immediately before the delivery timeline or after the package has been dispatched, as it may result in extra charges that must be borne by you.

Working days refer to days excluding weekends, national holidays, and local holidays. Shipping costs are determined based on weight and volumetric measurements, whichever is higher, for both domestic and international parcels. Domestic shipping costs start at 100 INR for 500 grams and increase by 100 INR per kilogram. International shipping costs vary by country, starting from 2,200 INR and going up to 4,100 INR for 300 grams for certain countries.
