Thank you for shopping at Hrieva Jewels. Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully:

Physical Products:

  • We provide a 3 day replacement policy
  • The amount of the product will be credited on our website and can be redeemed for your next purchase.
  • A video of unboxing is compulsory
  • If a handmade product with a making timeline (such as kundan jadau/traditional kemp jewelry) damaged in transit, the product will be remade or a gift card/voucher/coupon code can be availed for future purposes.
  • We offer replacements for products damaged during transit. If the original purchase is damaged, we will arrange a pickup if return services are available at the required location. Otherwise, the client may need to reship the parcel back to us. We will refund a standard shipping cost of INR 100. A replacement will be provided, and if the same product is unavailable, a voucher/gift card/coupon code will be offered for future purchases.
  • Placed orders cannot be canceled or exchanged for another product. If a specific item in your order cannot be processed, it can be replaced with an equivalent value item. Additional payment may be required, or a coupon/voucher/gift card value can be provided for future orders.
  • If a handmade product with a making timeline (such as kundan jadau/traditional kemp jewelry) is received damaged, the product will be remade or a gift card/voucher/coupon code can be availed for future purposes.
  • Except for international shipping, a coupon/voucher/gift card will be provided, including the shipping cost if the product is received damaged in transit. We do not have an exchange policy for international customers, but we ship to 80+ countries and ensure responsible packaging. Alternative solutions will be considered based on the situation.
  • We recommend customers or authorized individuals to be available at the destination address during courier service timings (typically 9am IST to 5pm IST). If unavailable, delivery attempts will be made up to two or three times. After the specified limit, the parcel will be returned to the origin. Re-couriering will be done, and the customer may need to bear the re-shipping costs.
  • Claims for items not received should be raised within 24 hours of the order being shipped. Claims made after this window will not be entertained, and no refunds/replacements will be provided.

We will NOT accept return/exchange for the following reasons:

  • Slight variations in color tone compared to the website images due to digital photography and device monitor settings. However, our images are authentic and taken under natural light.
  • Slight irregularities in designs of semi-precious and precious jewelry due to handmade craftsmanship.
  • Personal preference regarding the physical look, weight, or size of the jewelry.
  • Purposefully bent earring stems to prevent breakage, which is not considered transit damage.
  • Beads or stones that may have fallen during transit, as they can be easily fixed with fabric glue.
  • Incorrect bangle size ordered, as a size chart is provided on each bangle product page.
  • Back ropes provided as a gesture, which will not be replaced separately if found broken upon receiving.
  • We do not have an exchange policy for international customers, but we ensure responsible packaging and consider alternative solutions based on the situation.

Please be assured that we take great care in packing parcels, regardless of their value. Our jewelry is triple-checked for damage, packed with sufficient bubble wraps, and placed in cardboard or plastic boxes. We have positive feedback from our customers and provide various angles and videos on Instagram to help you make informed choices.
